I usually wear a 34d pre-pregnancy, 34dd during pregnancy and ordered a 34ddd(f) for nursing and it fits well.

Though it is very thick, it could do with a stretchier material perhaps and less bulk.

My pre-pregnancy bra size was a 34d, during pregnancy i move up to a 36dd, and i purchased a size 34ddd(f) which fits wonderfully!

    Which i needed so again the sizing is very subjective and requires trial and error per individual but if you make it work it will last you through the fluctuation in size you will experience and then you could have a better idea of what you needwant moving forward
