It has 10 tie downs that worked very well with our honda odyssey luggage rack. One complaint is that there are no instructions on installing the carrier on top of a car without roof racks. I have a ‘15 jeep cherokee that doesn’t have a roof rack.

This is not as pricey as similar items but it’s not a skimp on quality. The fabric is good.

Bought to expand storage space on our smallish nissan rogue. Very spacious and has a durable nonslip bottom. Shape is a simple rectangle which makes it easy to fold up and store.

Strap down snugly, but remember it isnt lumber and steel anchored. Secure straps with zip-ties are velcro-straps to prevent them flapping.

Contrary to some of the other reviews there were basic instructions for how to use the straps and precautions that came in the packaging.

The straps became wet and the seals started leaking.
