Pros
Corrected defects from using cheaper two sided stones. It cuts better than say my old norton stone and makes just as good a finish on comparable grits.
Smooth as butter. Wears well without dishing out. Sharpens my knives just fine.

The item was defected upon delivery. How could something like this be allowed to be shipped?

The product was well packed itself but it was left quite loos in the overall packing box during transportation from amazon storage which probably caused that the stone has slightly damaged edge
