The biggest issue is that it feels like you are laying on a sheet of plastic when you put it under your sheet. It makes a loud rustling plastic sound when you move on it. Does not fit a california king as labled.
This cover is in not breathable at all. My mattress is soaked so clearly not waterproof. If you wanna give me a refund i'll be here cleaning * out of my mattress.

I filled up my 40oz tumbler full of water and poured it onto the this mattress protector and the water beaded up and did not leak through.

Just overall simple and straight forward and a good price.
I felt that the price for the quality was great.
I wasn't sure if it would be waterproof since the price is so low, but it works well.
