Pros

There's no bad smell at all. Fell asleep testing it out lol. They are super lightweight and not too firm nor too soft. I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and this pillow is the only one that gives me the support i need.

Came in protective bag with thank you card. They are no longer available. Ordering another pair. Since it comes in a 2 pack i have the other.

Cons

This pillow loses its firmness, becomes saggy, and overall is extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on the inter-tube… i request refund and they want to send the product back.
