Ive been putting mostly pure lavender oil in it i have also used some other essential oils which have been recommended to me health conditions i have anyway i usually have issues with my sleeping habits most problematic for me is falling asleep in the first place and it was driving me insane especially when i have to get up at 6am every day i put it on about 30 mins before getting into bed with the light on then i turn the light off before laying down and within 10 mins easily im fast asleep i also put it on in the day time with some really uplifting oils including sweet orange and it really helped me to feel calmer and energised
