I wouldn't have though it would make a difference, but coupled with the better than average placement of the venting hole on this helmet.
I am very happy with this helmet.
However i put a quality automotive wax/sealants on mine and so far no issues.
It’s super light weight (almost feels fake) but once you touch it it feels like good quality all around.
Price
It is lightweight and comfortable and the price is right.
Price is right; wife is happy that my meager brain is protected if i fall.
This is a benefit that is not available in many low cost helmets.
Packaging/appearance
My original review was negative related to the rear light which i thought was not included in the packaging.

Most bike helmets are just slightly too small for my big head
