I was worried by some of the reviews saying that the bits were cheap and stripped after one use well i just dissembled and reassembled my xbox one controller 4 times figuring out how to fix it which i did mostly

I was able to diagnose that the problem with my laptop was the power brick not the connection as i had assumed

The outer sealed plastic was thicker as the main packaging and inside was a thinner sealed plastic
