240gb is more than adequate for my needs so is a no-brainer really.
The obvious bottleneck (even back then) was the sluggish 1tb mechanical hard drive.
As the ssd is slightly smaller than the hdd, 460gb vs 500gb, i had to reduce the size of the windows partition by 18gb.
