Ultra flexible usb 3 leads are difficult to find, hdmi leads are so easy to get in thin and flexible types, even at 8k rating. Reasonable speed and small enough to keep on a key ring. Ideal for windows recovery drives.

Writecaching is disabled for quick removal by default on my machine

Slightly higher sequential read speeds with the 64kb size but otherwise not really much difference
