Works great no issues bit trust me you will need more than 60 gb even if you plan on installing programs on a second drive

In the case of ubuntu it has become more automatically supported in recent releases but you still need to look it up and verify its enabled

Theyre used in two alwayson servers and mirrored by a slow spinning hdd but with a large queue for backlogged write ops so the write speed isnt too bad unless youre doing a lot of writing for a while like updating 30 software packages or something
