I read that this ram would work with the hyperx in my hp 40l omen and it was compatible.
Changing the rgb is matched up with the original ram.
Also note i am running bios version f.
Price
Memoryc had what i needed and the price was right.

Running withintel 12600kfmsi pro 690-a ddr4 motherboardmsi rtx3060 ti ventus 3x lhrvery well everything.
Works as designed in my omen 30l as it came with 2 hyperx rgb ram.
Upgraded from 16gb and a 1080ti to 32gb of this kingston fury and a rtx 3070.

I suspect a number of people have tried to mix ram kits which is not advisable if you want optimal performance
