For gaming it gave me good performance but not that great impact but its notciable do not buy 3600 or 4000 mhz as its will not give more impact than 3200mhz and am sure my friend got 3600mhz with same setup as mine i9 9900 vand nvidia 2080 and there was really no difference in fps
