I had almost given up on trying to get good quality 4bay hotswap all the ones i tried before this even ones that advertised all metal construction still used cheap plastic for the ejection mechanism that would break when trying to eject the drive which usually involved taking the whole damn server apart to take the hotswap unit apart to safely remove the hdds without breaking the the data connector ports

Once the fan dies the rack is no longer usable
