Pros
It does a fantastic job for the price. Only complaint is the us plug on the power supply. The is a small turn off snap, but for about $25 it's not a big deal.
Used a set of good rca from the amp gold plated and the stereo plug to the speaker out of my dell optiplex 780 mt on the back. Very easy to setup, just plug in the speakers and the sound source.
It sounds 10 times better than the sony srs-a202 active speakers. No discernible distortion. Loud enough for my lightshowpi setup for christmas lighting.
Headroom can be boosted to the full 20 watts with a beefier power supply. Using the supplied 12v wall wart is going to be closer to 8 watts of clean audio per channel, 8 ohms (about 12 watts of pretty distorted audio, 10% distortion) nice little amp.

Quality
While the purity is not excellent at the top end, it fulfills every need i have for my two radio shack speakers.
No bells and whistles, but good, clear and strong audio, with your choice of tone control or straight through.
I took them apart and used the filters in the speakers and wired up a new connection and then used this to power them.
The built in amp on my old m-audio monitors died.
Price
This is an excellent mini amp for its price.
For the price, i certainly can't complain.
I did wonder what a $30 stereo amp might do, but this little unit is fantastic.

With the included 12v3a power supply its just 34okay34 but like the product description mentions you can use any power supply between 12v24v at 3a
