Pros

The pull-out head is sturdy and retracts smoothly. Everything fits inside the nut that is used to tighten.

Responsible, morale people. Also packaged nice. Could not be happier.

Is this the cheapest faucet on amazon? Looks so modern; got the brushed nickel finish. We were greatly and very favourably surprised. Great faucenet and grate price.

Easy install. Super easy installation. It was designed for easy of installation. Took about 30 minutes total time to replace the old one.

Cons

Biggest gripe is the lowered water pressure. When you turn the water off it drips at the handle. Not ideal when rinsing a large pan.

This faucet is horrible! Checked out on the reviews on several. Now it is sitting in a box in my garage.

Easy installation, water pressure is awesome, and love the design!

The first faucet works well and has held up nicely over the past 4 years.

After a few years the handle came off, due to the tiny screw wearing down from use.

Unfortunately, the second one is missing a washer which means i cannot fully install the faucet.

We were looking to buy kitchen faucets that are over $200i convinced my husband to get this one.

A very good buy, especially for the price.

Shipping

They have great customer service - we were able to get a replacement spray head under warranty.

He sent out a new handle which we received within the week.

Packaging/appearance

Opening the box, this faucet was almost an exact duplicate of the delta that was being replaced.

The color of the faucet is so beautiful that i based the rest of the kitchen off of it!

Box had protective foam around faucet pieces.

Competitiveness

I was very impressed and it fit the standards (or even surpassed) the big name brands you find at the big box stores.

I would literally compare this with the home-depot brands and say it is quality!
