Pros

These are 3 to 4x less money and worth every penny for 60 to 80 bucks. Others with this build quality are at least $120+ in the hardware stores. The finish is still as good as the day it was purchased.

If good water flow is important to you, this one delivers. Doesn't leak and works really good.

Recently upgraded our kitchen. The swivel feature is fantastic. Love the power button for stubborn areas.

Cons

Hose andamp; nozzle hang down & there is no way to get it to return to a fixed position. Hot and cold are backward on this item. The spray features are not good though.

Definitely a rip off. Did not count on this. Lasted almost three months. I doubt they will so maybe i can save someone else the headache and anger.
