Pros

This faucet is as good as one's 4 times more costly. It comes with a 5 year warranty.

Cold position pushes up against backsplash. Swiveling the neck is very smooth and easy. The nut is huge, which makes easy make up everything was fantastic.

Cons

The chrome plating is thin and coming apart. The old faucet has rusty metal parts underneath which are difficult to reach and remove. They boast a 5 year warranty, but when i made a claim thru their website, they do not reply.

After installing this faucet, the hot water was reduced to a trickle. It is not coming from the nozzle, seems to be the base. Spout just pops out of the main body.

The installation video shows how easy it is to install the faucet, but there is no such advice before installing it. Seems like a manufacturer issue at this point as it’s basically inoperable.

They are all made in china now.

Time will tell i guess, but so far, it’s a great faucet worth the price.

And, they all cost 3 times as much.

I was originally looking at moens and kohler's and in my opinion this brand looks and feels just as nice and i am picky.

The official part # has changed, the official spare no longer has the pfister logo on it.

It’s better than any faucet i’ve owned in the past.
