With the use of a siilcone sheet i have made some great cookies.
I liked it so much that i have now bought the two larger sizes and given my old calphalon cookie sheets to my daughter.
The pan does sit flat in the oven even though the top is slanted.
They slide right off; however, the pan is heavy and slightly awkward to handle when hot.
