Works as promised and haven't had any problems with this product.
Regarding quality of use, this handheld mixer works like a charm.
Unfortunately, i have to replace it now because of the problem with the beater not staying locked in place.
As with the 7 speed, the body does feel light weight and that gave me a bad first impression when i first got the 7 speed a few years ago.
Price
This is a great, reliable product that doesn't cost too much.
Kitchenaid is one of those manufacturers who just can't make a bad product, regardless of price.
Shipping
The speed was fast though but i don't mind since i don't bake that often.

Our mixer broke when we put it into a bowl that was too narrow at the bottom

The beaters got pushed together and the mechanism that keeps one of them in place broke

It is not obvious how to fix it and at this price a factory repair would probably cost more than a new mixer

When mixing on the 7 speed i always flipped up through the settings and back and never really stayed on one setting
