Pros

Great product. Fortunately, this one works! The quality level is outstanding. It’s super sturdy and great quality.

The pan is thick so it retains heat and gets hotter than the steel wok. Love this pan, much better than nonstick. There's a bit of a learning curve when using stainless since you have to heat the pan and make it non-stick.

The handles need a oven mitt nearby but that's a minor issue. The darker contrasting handles are attractive and i like how they are riveted to the body rather than welded.

Cons

Kitchenaid is very low quality cookware, poorly made in thailand, extremely expensive for its low built quality. Purchased in january, had several rust spots inside pot by april. They are not nonstick!

Kitchenaid has the worst customer very rude and patronizing. Tried the live chat with the same results.
