This kitchen-aid has some heft, feels solid and is dishwasher safe. The pan comes with a rack that is elevated for more even and quick cooking. Kitchen-aid recommends hand washing.
It has a good weight and the heat distributes evenly. These pots and pans distribute heat very evenly.
Heavy, well constructed and feels like it will last a loooong time. Kitchenaid is at its brightest in this piece. They are very well made, not flimsy at all.
The quality is fabulous and it is well worth the price. I am hopeful that this will be a pan that lasts for many years. It's a lot more affordable, and also nice that it's under the trustworthy kitchenaid brand.
Cons
Kitchenaid is very low quality cookware. Once you get past the automated part it puts you on an indefinite hold. They ask for many personal information which they really do not need to “evaluate’ a warranty claim.
