Pros
It is awesome. It's quieter than my old one. I hope this one lasts as long.
This appliance is amazing. I have standard cupboard height above my counters and this fits easily even with the head tilted up fully.
Cons
The glass bowl comes loose while mixing or kneading dough. The threads on the ring are the same direction as the rotation of the mixer so it loosens itself. It is difficult to purchase a $600 item for 15min of service.
Bad wiring or nicked insulation on the main power. Threw the breaker, arced the plug and smoke stain on the pivot joint. The wattage on this site says 325, the wattage on the mixer i received is 300.

After doing research watching videos and reading tons of reviews i do agree the that the attachments do not attach as securely as they should the discussion of proantispring piece is a whole other can of worms

Ive been using it for 48 hours and yes the whisk attachment loosened and came off while i was making butter it was not running or plugged in at the time but i learned i should remove the attachment to scrape out the contents if i had scraped it and then put it back down in and restarted it without knowing it was loose i couldve gotten hurt or broken the glass bowl if it flew off
