Handwash this whisk attachment.

Skimped on cost and bought an ‘off’ brand. Big mistake. Didn't learn my lesson the 1st time and purchased another from a different seller. Total junk and super disappointing.

Wires are stainless but the head (the part that connects to the mixer) is aluminum and not dishwasher safe. Appears to be aluminum or some other alloy. Whatever the material is that holds the wires together, oxidizes quickly.

New whisk is dull to begin with. It discolors and leaves a grey powdery substance. The connector to the mixer turns black.

Barely lasted 12 mos. Got crack after 6 months with normal use. Youtube searches and pliers later, it's off and in the garbage!
