Pros

Reviewer was told this model was discontinued. Still uses it to slice, dice and chop vegetables. Great accessory for those with limited storage space.

Cons

It's really only good for chopping. The shredding disc stops working. The * for the vegetables is too small.

Kitchenaid only has a 1 year warranty. It's weak and cheaply made. Rubber seals around door are very flimsy and don't last even a year.

Do not purchase this product. Save your money this in junk. Don’t buy their refrigerator.

Works horrendously. Zero clue. Totally dissatisfied. Terrible design. And that really * me off!

Competitiveness

This machine is so much easier to put together and clean than my heavy, large, expensive cuisinart (that i rarely used and gave away).

Also, the blades are only a couple compared to the many with the large processors that go unused.
