Pros

Item is exactly as described and works perfectly. Came fast and intact. Two minute fix and the mixer is back online.

Cons

The removal tool is worthless. It lasted for one week. They are soft and continue to strip.

It is only sold as part of a larger assembly (the whole machine! However, because it is not oem if you just replace one, like i need to do, it leaves a huge gap between the oem coupler and the new coupler causing the pitcher to wobble.
