Pros & Cons
Pros
The pan is almost a 1/2 taller than the box store brand and it has a lip all the way around that you can use for handles. It has an extended handle that provides good grip when you have oven mitts. The shape makes it easier to remove from the oven.
Kitchenaid nonstick aluminized steel loaf pan. Made of high quality steel and the nonstick coating works just like expected. Non stick coverage is silky smooth and feels super durable.
For quick bread, i always line the pan with parchment that hangs over on the long sides and lightly butter the inside ends of the pan. It bakes evenly as its aluminized steel construction evenly distributes the heat. I bake banana breads and meatloaf ... Read More
I love the sturdier metal because i i imagine it will be less prone to warping over time. Held up to me dropping it right out of the box with no dings nor scratching. Nice weight, seems durable and i'm thinking this is going to last.
Overall very impressed, especially for this price. Good value too. Kitchenaid is a household brand for a reason. Would definitely recommend.
Cons

This product worked far better than my pyrex dish.
