These are great, cuts through food packaging so easily. From cutting poultry to removing gristle from the bottom of a tri-tip roast, and any number of other kitchen items. Then the big test to spatchcock a chicken.

After 2 months of use, washing and drying after every use they have developed 3 rust spots on the blades! Had a real hard time cutting up a whole chicken. These units have to be made from a very low grade stainless steel because they rust up at the dr... Read More
Not easy to hold; very uncomfortable. Handles are not ergonomic. This product is either a fake or kitchenaid brand has gone down hill.
