Pros

Since the majority of my baking is 90% soft goods i can live with smaller batches of the occasional dough's i make. The mixer is amazing, it makes everything so much easier to prepare. Takes half the time to make batches of cookies and all at once.

I was just asked a few questions on the functionality of the mixer and nothing else. It’s appearance is very pleasing so storing it on the counter looks very nice, if you have the space. The pin is still as tight as it came from the factory.

Cons

Could have burnt my house down. Very disappointing and unacceptable to present as a wedding gift. Third disappointment is the kichenaid service.

They are in no hurry to respond to messages! This is extremely frustrating!

What a steal and it is perfect!

This was upsetting since this is not a cheap purchase.

Rather than just allow an exchange of the defective $20 attachment amazon gave me a return auth for the entire mixer.

Packaging/appearance

On a side note, the package showed up with dog food kibbles in the box.

I got the feather pink and wooow the color is way prettier in person!

Competitiveness

Because amazon had no replacement attachment made by them, only those from other vendors on amazon.

The tilt head is better than the other style.
