There are no wire twists to collect small particles of food

I used to use a slotted spoon to drain the water but it does not allow you to roll the eggs around like this does

I was concerned that the spacing between the bars of the wire spiral in the basket might be enough to let fastfood type fries slip through but spacing looks to be 516 so i dont think therell be a problem there
