Pros

First and foremost, this grinder is a dream come true for coffee lovers. I'm not unhappy with the new one, but it's definitely not like the old one. Highly recommend for any coffee lover.

Cons

This is the worst product kitchenaid has ever made and it is a black eye to their brand. It does that one job well for about a year then the screw that whips rhe blade around strips out. Do not recommend.

Even with the cap on, the inside still spills outside. The large plastic lid allows for seeds to fall out and through the sides and creates a mess. You have to keep shaking the insert, and ultimately scraping out the bottom coffee bean dust. Its not s... Read More

Price was right esp for a kitchen aid.

In a nutshell, it's everything i want from a coffee grinder at a great price.

Shipping

I gave this 5 stars because i know kitchenaid is an awesome product, not because of amazon's shipping method on this particular purchase.

Never have i received an order shipped like that from anyone!

The only gripe i have is that amazon stuck a label onto the outside of the product box and shipped it like that!

Packaging/appearance

The box was damaged a little but thankfully the coffee grinder did not get damaged.

The clear container does have a little protrusion.
