Pros & Cons
Pros
First and foremost, this grinder is a dream come true for coffee lovers. I'm not unhappy with the new one, but it's definitely not like the old one. Highly recommend for any coffee lover.
From the robust spices like cumin and peppercorns to the more delicate ones like saffron, this grinder handles them all with ease. It feels robust and durable, echoing kitchenaid's reputation for long-lasting appliances.
The quality of the grind can be easily adjusted to suit different brewing methods, from french press to espresso. But it's the spice grinding capability of this machine that truly sets it apart. It offers a uniform and consistent grind every single ti... Read More
Cons
This is the worst product kitchenaid has ever made and it is a black eye to their brand. It does that one job well for about a year then the screw that whips rhe blade around strips out. Do not recommend.

Quality
I use this grinder to grind sesame seeds, and it works excellently and is also easy to clean.
The grind consistency is by far the best i have ever gotten from a blade grinder.

Price was right esp for a kitchen aid.
In a nutshell, it's everything i want from a coffee grinder at a great price.
Shipping
I gave this 5 stars because i know kitchenaid is an awesome product, not because of amazon's shipping method on this particular purchase.
Never have i received an order shipped like that from anyone!
The only gripe i have is that amazon stuck a label onto the outside of the product box and shipped it like that!
Packaging/appearance
The box was damaged a little but thankfully the coffee grinder did not get damaged.
The clear container does have a little protrusion.
Competitiveness
Kitchen aid products i usually find superior.
