Pros

My only disappointment is that when grinding my flax and chia seeds, a few seeds will spill out of the stainless cup. The coffee powder comes out a coarse fine texture which works for our coffee machine. The only minor annoyance is that the grinds at ...  Read More

The removable stainless steel cup makes handling the grind easier than having to lift the whole unit each time. The bowl is removable for easy cleaning.

Cons

Not worth the price for the brand. Not a horrible product, but less convenient for me. Kitchenaid stuff looks nice, but their reliability is in my opinion one of the worst.

Quite a few pieces were only cut in halves or sliced to few pieces, not grinded. Grind is inconsistent.

No rubber legs under the base so it slips on the countertop. The base is slippery with no rubber supports.

If you want powder sugar from granulated, no success with larger coffee grinding bowl. Not good for grinding spices. If you use it for espresso machines, you have to grind the coffee for at least a minute.
