It's just not possible at that price point.

I have a nice expensive set of knives that i keep in a butcher block but they are very large knives and i dont always need an expensive giant knife to cut a single tomato for lunch

I usually use expensive but high quality handmade in japan type kitchen knives but they are also a pain to sharpen and you worry that someone else visiting your kitchen will ruin them
