Pros
Match my temptation old world vivid pieces. Am very pleased with this purchase.
The rubbernecked base is very helpful not only for that, but also for the klutzes of the world who, like me, carelessly bump things and have them go sliding. Rubberized bottoms are helpful to prevent slipping. They do clean up well in the dishwasher.
Cons
The construction of the bowls has a very annoying flaw. Two cracking in less than a year is very lame. The major flaw is that they have a false bottom, meaning there is a space that will fill up with water when you wash them in the dishwasher.

No one likes to stick their fingers in the batter to hold onto the bowl hoping you don’t hit your fingers with the mixer!

This was a no-brainer as i have the same set, only in white.

The only thing i didnt like is when you put them in the dishwasher there is a giant lip on the bottom which holds a lot of water so the bulls spill water as you try and remove them from the dishwasher

I am 72 years old and the pyrex bowls were clumsy and hard to handle plus the fear of dropping one and shattering it

The inside of the bowls have a roughish texture
