Makes a great gift for newlyweds, housewarming, etc. This one is a great replacement. It's sturdy and well built.

The bottom of the bowl is a graveyard and you have to manually get batter up from it. All that was being processed at the time is one loaf of bread dough.

After dissembling to get access to the gears, a metal fragment was stuck to the plate, looks like a piece from the screw thread. This is the second machine that has quit working due to a failure on the gearing inside. Stopped working after one cake.

I had one of these for decades and it broke only because of my own mistake.

The price was a great deal too!

This was so worth the price and a must buy for anyone who bakes.

Let me tell you, this is 100000% worth the money.

We waited awhile to buy a new one as we didn't know if it would be worth the money spent.

They are on their 14th batch of brownies and it only arrived two weeks ago!

Packaging/appearance

Packaged well, sturdy mixer, lots of power, controls are easy to use, wish i had not waited so long to purchase this mixer.

Didn’t realize this unit did not come with the larger stainless steel bowl with the handle; purchased it separately.

It looks really cool in black and chrome but, my wife truly wanted it in red.

Competitiveness

Unfortunately, walmart does not offer it in red and other retailers were either much more expensive or sold out in red.

The classic series is less expensive (but almost the same gross weight) and i thought it was at a nice feature/price point.
