Head tilt is the best. It was packaged very securely. I keep it on my counter because it is so beautiful, it fits my decor. The only downside is storage.

After dissembling to get access to the gears, i assume the manufacture does quality checks, and it may be 1 out 100. This is the second machine that has quit working due to a failure on the gearing inside.
