Pros
Stainless steal one is a game changer! It's definitely heavier, but as soon as you hold it in your hand for the first time, you know it's gonna outlive the stand mixer itself. My only minus with this is one side the medel is a little rough.
Cons
It is too small for my mixer. Dough hook is much smaller in length and does not reach down in the bowl like the one we got when we bought the kitchen aid mixer. This one has the same problem.

It was annoying and also dangerous since i would then end up ingesting those particles but i kept buying them because i wasnt aware of any alternative
