I poured off the excess fat, pour in hot water, stired it around to remove any tiny bits and washed it by hand in the sink.

I looked over all the products online its very hard to tell what the hell your getting they all look almost the exact same

The forked part that is riveted to the pans is pefect to dissipate any heat too
