Pros & Cons
Pros
The toasting is a little uneven compared to an actual toaster which is disappointing, but it's still toasted. This oven toasts and bakes well with with very little fan noise.
The kco124bm is kitchenaid's cheapest model that includes convection/air frying. It preheats really quickly (even after almost 4 years of daily use), and the air fryer function really does get things crispy. The only thing that really irritates me is ... Read More
All the capabilities of this oven suits me perfectly. It works wonderfully and does not require a huge amount of space. The cord length is good.
Cons
This is not an air fryer as advertised, it has a convection setting. The display stinks. The crumb tray is low quality aluminum.
After a year, the meat probe stops working and the customer service never respond. No power at all. Moved outlets and still dead. Their service is non existent.

Price
This unit was a little pricey, which is why i almost didn't buy it.
For a small family or two people this is a great choice at a good price.
Shipping
Not sure why it took 18 days to arrive (shipped and sold by amazon) but it finally did.
Competitiveness
I did a lot of research on these ovens and for the price and performance, you cannot beat the kitchen aid.

I shopped extensively for a countertop oven to replace and perform better than my old farberware-the one i picked up on a whim ... Read More
, if i want 400* i set it to 435*)i would suggest a test comparing desired and actual temperatures and adjust for it.
