Pros & Cons
Pros
It seems a little overpriced to some, but this will be the last one i buy. Amazing quality. No problems whatsoever. Authentic cast iron.
It has decent pour spouts on each side and a nicely curved buttom which makes pouring out fried eggs or an omelet easier. Dimples actually work for the controlled dripping of the condensed steam back into the food! It heats evenly compared to other ma... Read More
It is definitely durable. Clean up is a snap. It's heavy, but that hasn't bothered me.
Kitchen aid cast iron cookware is of amazing quality and well seasoned from the factory. Works great as a braised, casserole pan, or chili pot. Cooking in it for the first time was effortless.

Cons
The handle is obnoxious.
Highlights
Quality
The cast iron has been so far very durable, and cooks everything evenly.
This pan is well made, very heavy and smooth.
The heat distribution is incredible and the finish is completely non stick.
The only thing i had an issue with is that immediately upon the first use the pan started rusting.

The $99 selling price at the time of this review is a little steep for an iron skillet.
And as others have commented, the price may be high for the actual usefulness you're getting (or rather, not getting).
Packaging/appearance
As pictured, the rice turned out fluffy and it was equally tasty.
