I'd heard kitchenaid was a good brand, but this is scammy behavior and the product is low-quality. It has no hour setting, so it's good only for short cooking sessions. Kitchen aid needs to bring back the good old heavy timer.

When the timer goes off, the sound volume is way too low. When you finally do get it to work, the beep is far too soft. Btw, press the minute and second button together to reset timer back to 0.
