Pros & Cons
Pros
Kitchenaid quality is always superior. The gloves are of very good quality and do not let heat through. I'm stocking up because i anticipate they will soon not be available at all.
I have them hung up for decor. The check pattern is bright, and the mitts are well make, not flimsy. I'm a * for gingham.
Cons
Too thin to isolate the heat. Heat resistance is very poor, especially at the seams. Not for use in the kitchen!

Don’t hold a hot pan for too long or you’ll burn your fingers!
The gingham is so cute but the material is thin.

I got these at a good discount making them an excellent value too.
Bought as a gift and definitely worth the price.
Packaging/appearance
I bought 2sets of these oven mitts for my nieces christmas gifts and loved them so much, i turned around and bought them for myself!
Competitiveness
I finally decided to get a new set to match our new kitchen and i'll never buy another brand again.

Many oven mitts that ive gotten from from generic retailers are too thin which leads to my hands getting a little too hot if i need to hold a hot casserole dish for a few seconds while i find a trivet
