Quality
This is a heavy-duty, well made grinder.
The stainless steel blades are very powerful and it grinds whole coffee beans very well.
I have had it for a month, and only charged the battery once.
It's always such a mess because in order for the grinding to stop, you need to realease the lid, which them spins ground spice everywhere.
Price
But i can definitely see that being a pain point for many, especially considering the price of this.
Packaging/appearance
However, if you don't have these items (mixer, coffee grinder, etc), and need to outfit your kitchen, i would consider the whole package.

I compared this to my old kitchen aid grinder which is several years old but still performs.

I didnt really expect that this would grind fine enough for espresso and it doesnt

To get a good grind you need to put more than the amount of beans you would use for a shot but it will never grind fine enough

It will grind for coffee but the amount of time you need to grind it ends up heating the beans and the grounds end up sticking to the bottom at that point the beans stuck under the blade no longer come in contact with the blade and therefore grind no further

This creates another problem which is the grounds dont just pour out you have to scrape them out from underneath of the blade

It seems like this could have been designed to be a little smaller to take up less space

I like that it is portable with the battery but even the battery sticks out from the unit instead of nestling in flush
