Kitchenaid knives are all stainless steel and they are sharp. They seamlessly transition from blade to handle without joints. Stainless steel helps prevent rusting and makes them dishwasher safe.
This is an excellent set of knives that i would highly recommend. This set is a good starter set and would make a nice gift. Great purchase for our family.
