Pros & Cons
Pros
This grater does everything from hard cheese to chocolate to fresh nutmeg. The blades are not the sharpest thing ever, but easily up to both zesting and grating that i tried with it.
Fine grater good for vesting and grating other difficult products. It is a bit pricier than a few other graters, but i believe it is built to last.
Cons
This is simply not sharp enough to grate. While i can't explain what's wrong with its design, all i know is that it had one job to do.
Highlights
Quality
Very pleased with this product, the quality, and the design.
Kitchenaid ko321ohera gourmet etched fine grater, one size, redthis kitchenaid grater works really well.
I guess the pics with the limes should have tipped me off but somehow i didn’t think it was going to be as big as it is.
This is kitchenaid, so it's quality made and feels like it.
Packaging/appearance
I’m grateful to have the cover so when it’s tucked in the drawer i don’t have to worry about cutting myself.
The packaging doesn't state that it's dishwasher safe so i'd be cautious.
Competitiveness
I'm really excited to have a zesting grater.
If you have this and weren’t pleased, try using it on the diagonal it works like a champ.

My microplanes are very thin and they press inward when you are pushing hard and their slightly curved surface gives you less contact

Just quickly rub ginger or anything on the diagonal and give it a tap on the counter to release what’s on the bottom you can also carry it to your stove and tap it right into your pan

I’ve always used my grater meant for hard cheeses and it was okay but the zest would have inconsistently sized pieces some large enough to create some bitterness while chewing
