However the old wooden rolling pin i used made it tricky as no matter how cold i got the dough and how well i incorporated the fat into the flour it stuck to the pin

There is a more expensive model of this pin which i believe is just the latest model get this one if you can find it it appears virtually identical except for the kitchenaid logo being slightly different and it works perfectly

This is my second one of these because after about eight years of moderate use and runs through the dishwasher the inside is getting rusty and the bits are flaking out between the handles and the pin
