Pros & Cons
Pros
This is by far one of the best nonstick pans i have used. I already have a lid that fits, from other pans and that is something nice to have, for many recipes. Perfect as a 2nd pan for transferring steaks to after searing. Just using my sprayer, lifte... Read More
The handle stays cool and is well-balanced with the pan. The handle is comfortable to grip, and the pan is surprisingly light for its size. About the only thing it’s missing is a rivet-less handle connection.
The non-stick coating works quite well. For most of my cooking i use bamboo or wooden spatulas.
Clean up is amazing. Easily wipes clean for the omelettes and grilled cheese made on it so far. The clean up is super easy thanks to it's ceramic coating (use the soft sponge side of the dish sponge).
I'm amazed every time this happens. Worth every penny. This is exactly what i had hoped to find.
Cons
Even the good coating is so thin i question its durability. Operator may have been careless.

I was shocked when the box came and it was so light.
Competitiveness
I highly recommend this if you are looking for a reliable and well known brand for a ceramic pan.
My previous pans were a t-fal brand and a random brand.
It is a little bit heavy compared to other brands we have used, like t-fal, farberware.
I have a similar pan that was very expensive and it weighs a ton compared to this pan.

Not really any use for whacking a cartoon coyote in the face for that you should get either a longhandled iron frying pan or an anvil
