Pros

Mine is the shiny red finish. It even looks nice. Rubber on the handle so it doesn't slip from your hand. It sits nicely on the counter too.

The base unit is actually quite well engineered, remaining very stable throughout use. But caveat that the base unit seems well engineered enough that this won't pose any real issues.

Raw blending power remains top class. Amazing, it blends everything in seconds & is so fast. An extra perk is that it is not as loud as the vitamix, lol!

Cons

The speed controller went to * already. This blender was purchased in november of 2020 and completely stopped operating in june of 2021.

The blade broke on the first smoothie. I make smoothies and this blender requires constant starting and stopping to rearrange the contents. The device is easy to clean but the small blade at the bottom must be why the machine doesn't actually blend.

Bottom blade of pitcher is glued together with plastic at the base. It is not able to stay together with normal use. This one is made of a fragile plastic.

I'm skeptical of it though as it doesn't look as tough with the parts being made of plastic.

Packaging/appearance

Not only does it blend the shhhh out of the ingredients, it comes with a whole separate blender.

Another pleasant surprise: the blender pitcher does not drip after pouring the contents into a glass!
