Pros

I'm so glad i bought this on amazon than on the manufacturers' website (which is hyper glitchy also). It works great. My only critique is the shipping. The pastries are amazing.

Kitchen aid mixer is a game changer. Mixing dough and batter is so much easier now. The only downfall is that it's a little too heavy for me but that’s what my husband is for…lol!

Strong metal chassis combined with perfect size for most recipes. No fear of overheating or breaking. Stainless steel bowl is easy to clean and it locks into the base.

Cons

A 2 yr warranty is downright pitiful for the price of their products. It is really amazing that such a really poorly designed piece of equipment can sell for $200 and get all these stellar reviews.

Good thing they have laurals to rest upon, at least until we all figure it they * now. Won't by an other one. Not a happy camper.

Worth every penny in time it saves me

Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is it was $70 less days after i ordered it.

I bought it because it was on sale for a steal.

It is expensive so you will have to judge for yourself if that is what you want.

Shipping

I asked for a delivery with an extra box to avoid to be visible once delivered.

Hopefully i was at home at the moment of delivery, otherwise i would disappeared.

Packaging/appearance

It came with a kitchen aid extra box, you could see what was inside.

Competitiveness

It mixes better than others and faster.

I was going to get the artisan due to the power is about 50 watts more powerful than the classic but i just didn't wanna try something new.
