Pros

After many years, this is still considered a great purchase. I reattached it, i suppose somewhat better than the original chinese guy did, and have had no problems since.

I am a mechanic by trade and i can tell you this is the most solid looking coffee machine i've seen. Works great. This coffee pot is awesome.

Cup. The screen filter can even be used for straining cold brewed coffee. The smokey colored water container looks great.

It is straight forward, easy to use and clean. Easy to set up, use andclean. I love the size you can make--up to 24 ounces!

Cons

Admittedly i'm very picky about coffee, but this coffee maker brewed bitter, burned, * tasting coffee.

It is still not meeting my expectations for - in my opinion - is a pricey unit. Not pleased, will not make coffee.

The included mug, while it does give more legalized stimulants by volume, does not keep your coffee warm past 20 minutes.
